Rockett's Collection (Purple Moon)

Copyright: KBkids.com

If you missed out on purchasing the Rockett programs when Purple Moon closed shop, you can now find them all packaged here from Mattel.

Rockett Movado is a typical 12-13 year old girl. She must make decisions that are important to her social and academic life at every turn. Some parents may not like the emphasis on social decisions for their 8-10 year olds. On the other hand, it helps them think through situations before they are confronted with them.

Each program has multiple endings, depending on the decisions Rockett makes. Your daughter will be given three choices, and must help Rockett decide. Some decisions are very easy. Others don't always have one right answer. As in life, your daughter will have to help Rockett think through the consequences.

The following programs are included in this package:

Rocketts' New School: Rockett moves to a new school and must navigate the tricky social scene.

Rockett's Tricky Decision: Rockett wants to attend two different parties. One will propel her into popularity with a very cool clique. Another party will show her loyalty to her best friend. Social decisions at this age are not always easy, and have definite consequences.

Rockett's Secret Invitation: Rockett makes an honest mistake on her first day regarding a birthday party invitation. She must now figure out how to get herself out of the mess she has innocently created.

Rockett's First Dance: The big Valentine's Day dance is coming up. Help Rockett through the maze of social decisions revolving around her first big dance.

Rockett's Adventure Maker: Here your daughter can create her own Rockett adventures, including new characters and situations.

These programs are very popular with Pre-teen girls, and will help them think through situations before they are faced with them. Some girls may not like the emphasis on catty social situations, while others will love all the 'girl stuff.'

Bottom Line: A great package deal! Great for girls who need help thinking through the consequences of their social decisions.
