"Your past is a lie. Your future is in jeopardy, and you're 35,000 light years from home." With this intro, you are drawn into a world of high adventure, strategy, and intrigue. This is one of the best real-time strategy games available.

The inhabitants of this world have slowly discovered that they are not who they think they are. Their genes are different, and all indications are they are 'not of this world.' For the past sixty years, they have been constructing a mothership, which will take them into the unknown. The only problem is that the folks who destroyed their original planet will be none to happy to find them returning!

Although the gameplay is very different, you could imagine Age of Empires in 3D rendered space. This will appeal to strategy game players, flight battle fans, and space fanatics alike. Watching the consequences of your decisions played out in spectacular cinematic action is half the fun. You have command of your entire armada, or you can zero in on one lowly scout ship. You will, of course, have plenty of battles along the way. The 3D battlefields are spectacular. This is one that is particularly fun with a good sound system. You will hear deep booms resonating from your computer room. The music, featuring a song from the group YES, is something not to be missed.
