Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun: Firestorm

Fans of Tiberian Sun will be happy to know that this expansion pack is definitely worth the money. Westwood did a good job with this one! Keep in mind that this is an EXPANSION PACK. That means that you must purchase Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun and have it installed on your system first. That's not a bad thing, however, as this is a super game! This expansion pack adds even more replay value to an already fantastic game.

At the end of Tiberian Sun, Kane was dead (again). The GDI has new conflicts on its hands. Yes, we will see the NOD forces again, and more of that Tiberium beginning to overrun the planet.

 

New features to be aware of:

• New combat units that are very nicely done
• Cool new cybernetic creatures including one very neat spider creature
• 18 new missions as you attempt to prevent CABAL'S New World Order
• Upgrades to some of your original weapons including a new class of Titan Walkers
• Fight on either side of the conflict including a world domination tournament

As with the original, this program contains some mild language, realistic blood and violence, but no real 'gore.' Unlike some expansion packs that make you say, "Gee, why didn't they just give me this in the FIRST place," this one adds some very nice features that fans will love. If you haven't purchased the original, both are well worth your money.

Bottom Line: A surprisingly nice expansion pack for an already great game. Fans won't want to miss this one!
