Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones always hides a jar of pickles in his locker box but never eat.

Recently, he gives the explanation: “I had severe cramps many times and ease it by drinking pickle juice, it does work, because there has salt.”

According to the reports that such treatment methods had been confirmed in 2010 and was published in the New York Times, the researchers concluded that pickle juice could ease 45% cramps speed.

Former Eagles player Hugh Douglas joked: “I could drink some pickle juice when I feel cold sitting at home.” No matter how at least that is a useful treatment.
